One   of the many definitions of leadership is "enabling a group to engage   together in the process of developing, sharing and moving into vision, and then living it out." This definition – correctly – promotes the idea that leadership focuses on moving an organization or a work group to a new,   higher level of effectiveness, efficiency and/or workplace fulfillment.
