1 in 3 people 65+ years old will experience mobility or cognitive challenges

9 in 10 older adults want to age in place

Have you ever stopped to think we all started aging the moment we were born?

At certain times in our lives, our homes can be restrictive, unsafe and socially isolating if they aren’t properly modified for accessibility, wellness and care as we age. Aging affects all of us—as people, care providers, family members, industry partners and taxpayers.

That’s why Schulman Design is proud to be co-leading Calgary’s first ever Aging in Place Home | Modification Conference on April 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. That’s also why we want you to be part of this important conversation. We all have a vested interest in this “booming” market, and we invite you to join us in sharing information and creating solutions. At the conference, industry experts will dissect the aging in place market to design and modify living spaces.
