We’re looking for a General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the community with primary focus on creating an atmosphere where residents enjoy a lifestyle that exceeds expectations.
This position is responsible for maintaining a budget, and overseeing the daily operations of Paintearth Lodge. This position requires a high level of interaction with Residents, the Board, Employees, contracted service providers, government officials, and the public.
Licensed Practical Nurse - Origin Active Lifestyles
Under general supervision, provides coverage of the Health Centre, provides emergency care and first aid treatment to residents and staff, and administers medication and/or other services under the Community’s Supportive Care Program.
Responsible for overseeing apartment operations in the manager’s absence. The assistant manager may be responsible for overseeing building operations, supervision of the site staff. The successful candidate will support the Health & Safety program, assist with payroll, coaching and mentoring staff, as well as other site specific duties as assigned.
